Privacy policy
The short version: we use what you send us only to answer you and deliver your training, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send the inquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, email, and anything else you choose to give (company, phone, course, number of people, dates, message). We also keep a scrambled version of your internet address for one day, only to stop spam.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our online course store and course registration pages are run separately and have their own policies.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange training or services
- To keep records of training we deliver, where the law requires it
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Where it's kept
Inquiries are emailed to our office and stored securely with our website host for up to one year, then deleted.
